NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility Common Entrance Test, NEET UG Registration 2022 has been launched by the National Testing Agency (NTA) at neet.nta.nic.in. The NEET 2022 application form window is available for eligible applicants until May 6th. The fees for the NEET 2022 form can be paid until May 7.

According to the NEET UG 2022 registration process, medical aspirants must select a qualifying exam code in the application form. NEET UG 2022 is scheduled to be held on July 17 in pen and paper mode. Medical aspirants are advised to read the story to know more about the NEET 2022 qualification codes and how to select one.
What is the NEET 2022 qualification code?
A qualifying code for NEET-UG 2022 is the qualifying exam that a medical aspirant has passed. Each aspirant must select a code based on their qualification. It should be noted that the qualification code and other details of the NEET UG 2022 exam should be filled in carefully. A qualification code change for NEET-UG cannot be changed after the final submission of the application form.
NEET 2022 qualification codes according to the information leaflet
Here is a simplified list of the qualification codes mentioned in the NEET 2022 information leaflet by NTA.
Exam Code 1: Aspirants sitting for Class 12 or awaiting results can select this code, although they must provide relevant documents as proof of qualification for the exam after announcement./NEET-UG aspirants with a Class 12 result expected can select code 1, but must present all relevant documents during the NEET counseling process.
Exam Code 2: A candidate can select Code 2 if he has completed twelve years of schooling through Higher/Secondary Examinations or Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) with English, Physics, Chemistry, biology or any other elective as one of the majors.
Review code 3: NEET Qualifying Examination Code 3 can be selected by 12th class graduates who must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology as a compulsory subject (along with a practical test in these subjects) during the Intermediate/Pre-Graduation Examination in Science from an Indian University/Commission or other recognized examination body with English as a compulsory subject.
Review Code 4: A NEET candidate can choose code 4 if they have passed the pre-vocational or pre-medical exam, as well as chemistry, biology and English, after completing class 12. NTA, however, states that the practical tests in each subject must be included in qualifications prior to the professional or medical examination.
Review Code 5: Code 5 is open to anyone completing the first year of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, including practical tests in physics, chemistry, biology or biotechnology.
Review Code 6: Code 6 can be selected by students who have passed the license exam with two or more subjects: biology/biotechnology, physics and chemistry.
Review code 7: Candidates who have passed anything equivalent to a Class 12 examination from a university or school and have completed two years of study in Physics, Biology/Biotechnology, Chemistry and English and have also passed tests practices can opt for code 7.
NEET UG 2022 will be held in 13 languages and 90,825 MBBS, 27,948 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 603 BVSc and AH will be offered, including 1899 AIIMS and 249 JIPMER.
